An ecologically designed wooden house on a hill top designed to capitalise on panoramic views to all sides. The 260 square metre accommodation has a large east-south-west sided wrap-around veranda servicing
a living space that can be opened up internally with the use of two sets of full height x full width sliding doors to a light filled 68ft long space.
The house includes the following:
- High wood use including some roof coverings
- Space heating and hot water provided by a ground source heat pump system
- A composting and reed bed system dealing with all solid and liquid wastes from the house
- Rain water harvesting to toilets and garden
- No pvc use
- Clear electro-magnetic field sleeping area
- Climate change adaption design
