The study of an Ashwell Homes house type, identifying physical and financial requirements, in achieving BREEAM Ecohomes Excellent rating for the next generation of their homes.
This study, carried out on a proposed development of fourteen 4–5 bedroom homes, showed that for an additional cost of approximately3% the Ecohomes rating could be increased from a ‘Fail’ to an ‘Excellent’ rating. Providing environmental performance with a high quality of life and a safe and healthy internal environment.
